EVERY ONE of us affected, outraged by the blatant injustice and willful violations and murder brought upon us by Jammeh and his dweebs since July 22, 1994, should do something to terminate this regime. If you do not have a voice, you have bututs in your pocket to complement any or all efforts to end this. I'm committed to putting my meagre resources to it. Those in #uniform with weapons and #access to Yaya Jammeh and anybody helping him oppress Gambians or are a beneficiary of his evil ways, if you're not able to do anything for love of country or your faith, do it for yourselves and stop Yaya and his madness.  WHY CELEBRATE WHAT IS A CRIME? DICTATORSHIP.  July 22, 2014

I do not know if there's any statute of limitations on Treason but what is clear is that the Gambian President Yaya Jammeh and his bunch of criminal minions in uniform, picked up arms and violently confiscated power by overthrowing a people's Democratically elected Gov't in 1994. 20 years on this day, the bandit became and remains what illegitimate leaders will always be - illegitimate brutes. That's never going to change, however much you tried laundering your image through periodic elections, Jemus!

Treason charges aside, from the first day that Jammeh and his armed rebels lured their comrades in what was a booby trap in the fields of Fajara & Yundum Military Barracks and in Nyambai forest, slaughtered them on November 11, 1994, in what they claimed was a counter coup d'etat, the man hasn't looked back. Like a Dracula, one of the world's longest serving Presidents never hesitated to take down anyone perceived to be a slightest threat to his reign. And that's from servicemen, political opponents, journalists to economic migrants using the Gambian waters on transit. You're  what you'll always be, Yaya - CRIMINAL.

20 YEARS on, Gambia & Gambians yearn and die for what is basic in all Democracies. FREEDOM of ANYTHING! To celebrate what you have murdered others for attempting, is a lack of respect and consideration for what is supposedly a Sovereign State and People. JULY 22 ushered in a dark, painful chapter in a 'Smiling Coast' that hasn't known anything but Fear, Sorrow and Tears of Blood for TWO decades. The Nation mourns while you celebrate. And THAT is why our problems with you aren't Personal, Mr President!

WE CANNOT BE LIKE PRESIDENT JAMMEH, Right? TRUE. FREE UDP EXECUTIVE.

There has never been any fight against Oppression, Tyranny, Dictatorship where reasonable, peaceful, anti-injustice strugglers won by marching, writing communique, or dining. The Gambia isn't any different.

Gambians have exhausted all peaceful avenues to abort Jammeh's oppression. The Conviction and Sentencing of Lawyer Darboe and Co., for a constitutionally guaranteed right of peaceful procession in not even demanding change of regime but answers for the Murder of an innocent, unarmed Gambian is a travesty. Tell me why, how Yaya and his elements would send them to prison? There is no consolation in this shit. Yaya's regime being regime wasn't on trial, he wasn't indicted cos he doesn't care. The bastard doesn't know that.

We've climaxed as a nation impregnated with anger, frustration, and madness. YOU do not have to feel how some of us are feeling. That's OK. You can device new strategies of engaging Jammeh or continue pursuing change at the polls. That's OK too. What is true, realistic and obvious is that not everyone would ply your route, and you are in no position to condemn those of us who believe Yaya and his system needs to fought with equal or a nastier measures than him. You want to call it 'eye for an eye' right? We'll let's ALL go blind. IF I have a chance to blow Yaya Janneh, his family up in a crowd, I will shatter their brains on the dirt.

Yaya does NOT have to die, MUST be #murdered. His family (mother, wife, daughter, son), anybody who (NIA/POLICE/MILITARY/JUDICIARY) has a direct hand or otherwise, in the perpetuation, sustenance and support of what he's doing to Gambians MUST BE KILLED. IF the heartless Judge, Prosecutor hired to execute Yaya's plans in the courts were in Nigeria today, they'd be moved to a safe house with their families for fear of the consequences of their actions. But we're watching them walk in our streets, shake hands with them with a smile. Only in the Gambia.

Freedom is never free. It's costly. Not financially but with human lives. Gambians have to die like  Solo Sandeng did, to get the freedom, and WE will die. Martin Luther King was an epitome of peace but he got murdered for wanting justice. Say what you want. Until then, we're proud of the UDP folks and their families. This pain and sorrow are primarily yours but decent and conscientious Gambians are with you.

I go to bed with Lawyer Darboe, Kemeseng Jammeh, Femi Peters, ML Sanneh, Lamin Dibba, Juguna Susso, Fatoumatta Jawara and ALL the UDP folks entangled in this calculated political persecution in Banjul in my thoughts and prayers. And their families. Daily, I pray for Solo Sandeng and his family.

The mercenary Nigerian Judge Dada is expected to give verdict and just like Darboe and his executive, we're expecting conviction not because any crime was committed that they're guilty of, but cos the Kangaroo courts under the directives of President Jammeh are directed to do what he wants. All these cases have been going on without any representation for the accused, since their team of lawyers withdrew. Only in the Gambia.

In as much as we want to hold the Nigerians in our judiciary responsible/accountable for not doing the right thing, WE CANNOT let go of our own. There's been GAMBIANS WHO from 1994 fornicated in their matrimonial beds with Yaya Jammeh to persecute, prosecute Gambians. Key among these is EDRISA FAFA MBAI. From Attorney General to Prexy of the Appeal courts, Edrissa #Fafa M’bai, #Awa Bah and #Mama Fatima Singhateh have been conniving in their heartless, vindictive ways to help Jammeh in his ways to put away, silence and kill Gambians. Fafai Mbai and his nasty soul, greedy and ungodly self with Awa Bah refused to do what's right, and denied a bail application for people who pose no risk to anybody. I hope these people burn in hell, and karma comes to haunt them to their families for failing in their sworn responsibilities.

Solo got murdered for a noble cause. Darboe and his people are doing what most of our parents wouldn't conceive doing. They went to demand answers the loss of an innocent soul. So while Gambians go about their businesses as these elderly people fight for their lives, if we can't show solidarity and support to them and their families, we cannot dishonor them in anyway. Sometimes you wonder if it's worth all these when the people you're fighting for are either disinterested or unappreciative. It is a national liberation struggle, and FEW pay more costly prices than MOST. Whatever the outcome, these people shall remain patriots and decent human beings.

MARIAM YAYA JAMMEH: IS IT HER AGE OR INNOCENCE?

Addicts do have a nag for beating a dead horse but sometimes they have a legit reason to.

I've seen and heard a lot of possibly reasonable conversations and arguments on Facebook and Radios of people that I thought were personal, and I stayed out of it. Some of these people are public servants, so we could have easily said their personal lives aren't so personal.

TO ME, Mariam Jammeh's is different. Different not because she's not human or has no rights, but by virtue of her position, her behaviors, conduct, lifestyle etc., sponsored by our taxes, cos of her privileges as the first daughter.

But before I go further with the comment I want to make, here are TWO questions I'd want answers to, for they will determine my subsequent comment:

- Is commenting on the pictures Mariam shared on her Facebook embracing her friends calling her 'bitch' a violation of her privacy and/or rights as a minor?

- Mariam is going to a very distinctive, expensive school on our tax Dalasi that you, I and many Gambians at home couldn't afford. Yaya built those schools over the country but didn't think they're good enough for his daughter. Is commenting on Mariam's school tuition a violation of her rights and encroachment as a minor or is it cos she's innocent and has nothing to do with the $80,000 paid on her?

Innocent my ass! I'm disappointed that Yaya Jammeh would punish, kidnap and kill kids way younger than his daughter but people fighting to end that brutality are protecting the President's 17 year old daughter cos 'she did nothing. It's her father'. Don't you all see/hear a three month all baby sleep on a jail floor with his mother? Mayne, #Mariam #Jammeh is a whore. Zainab a whore too. #FOH. You guys aren't ready for a legitimate fight if you have to cherry pick!

Those crying in her defence thinking she's been bullied, well... I shared her photos, followed that with commentaries, and I (deliberately) called her and her mother names which was NOT the core of my message. Now I'll give my rationale behind my position after the following questions

- Did you find the pictures disgusting/distasteful/Inappropriate? If the answer is YES, should she have posted them on her page? If they are not, what exactly about sharing appropriate photos of the first daughter did you find NOT cool?

- Are you having issues with people's position on this cos She is a Minor or she is Innocent? Maybe that would establish the commission of crime or something unfair. Or Not.

NOW to me And my rationale. I am very aware that Mariam did not perhaps know what is going on in the Gambia. Although I found her going to a school on our tax dollars that cost that much to be unfair and unreasonable when the rest of Gambians go to the schools her father, the president so brags about, that may not be something she could be blamed for. We can establish that too. However, if the president is setting and holding Gambian kids and their parents to a standard (moral, religious, etc), would you expect the standard for his family (teen daughter to be specific) to be any lower? If not, what is your disapproval of those people's disappointment in his hypocrisy?

I consider myself to be very measured even when I do something wrong. My argument and contention in relation to the pics which I think may be normal for normal teens (which she is not by virtue of who she is), is that any parent who has a teen or child in your household behave inappropriately before they hit adulthood, the parents take the blame for that failure. Am I wrong? So I am holding Yaya Jammeh accountable, responsible for the public conduct of his daughter when he is in the Gambia blaming parents for the  wrongs or not-so pleasant behaviors of their kids. How is that disgusting? How is that a retribution or an attack on the daughter and not holding Yaya's feet to the fire?

YAYA JAMMEH NEVER FAILED TO EXECUTE HIS THREATS. YOU CANNOT DOWNPLAY HIS MOST RECENT

MOST of us remember when Yaya Jammeh and his Military Junta threatened to deport the defunct INDEPENDENT NEWSPAPER proprietors, bona fide Gambian citizens to Guinea when they were fearlessly holding the regime's feet to the proverbial fire. Understanding he wasn't able to do that, he dastardly BURNT their offices and machines down.

So what makes MANDINKAS any different, special? He would have said that to anybody he perceives an enemy to his perpetual reign. Remember, he'd deported the late Kenneth BEST, a Liberian refugee who founded the Daily Observer before it was bought to become the instrument of oppression and propaganda. So the deportation threat was vain talk and shouldn't bother anybody who understands these issues.

WHAT most concerned people are scared of and worried about is the THREAT TO KILL Opponents because they're Mandinkas. I cannot understand for the life of me why anybody would take that to be an empty threat. Yaya never promises to kill and did not. NEVER!

** In 2006 angry televised address to the nation after the alleged coup he promised to 'set an example'. Daba Marena, Lt. Ebou Lowe, Lt. Alieu Ceesay, WO2 Alpha Bah, Sgt Malafi Corr all allegedly implicated were being transported to Janjanbureh prisons only to be extrajudicially murdered in the bushes of Kanilai.

** At his inauguration in 2011 at the Independence stadium, he swore and promised that he'd be 'more dangerous' in the coming five years than he was when he was in uniform.

** In August 2012 before the country's religious leaders, he promised and swore that those in Deathrow #prisoners are going to be killed. Under the cover of darkness, a dozen were secretly whisked away from Mile II to be slaughtered.

** In 2013 at the launching of Operation Bulldozer, Jammeh issued a 'shoot first and ask questions later' to his Security forces. Binta Jarjue and her Boyfriend, had bullets rained in their hired taxi, for the driver allegedly refusing to stop at a security checkpoint. She was murdered.

** At a political rally in North Bank in 2015, Yaya promised and swore that most of his political #opponents wouldn't witness the 2016. 'One by one, they'll all die', he promised. Well, Solo got picked up on a political reforms mission, murdered in cold blood.

NOW WHAT is there to believe that his threat and promise to kill MANDINKAS in their numbers will be any different?

Here is a fact that we all should acknowledge: The threat to kill a certain ethnic group came from Ousman Sonko the Interior Minister and Yaya Jammeh the President, two people known for their murderous ways who happened to be Jolas BUT ARE #NOT A #REPRESENTATION of the Jola ethnic group in character and sentiments. I do not see any two tribes or more picking up weapons (guns, machetes or Stones) to kill each other. So that is not my worry. It never was my worry cos this was not a inter-tribal threat. We surely are ALL Gambians but certainly all belong to various tribes. And admitting that isn't a problem because we've forever embraced and celebrated    that ethnic diversity. Therefore, in as much as we want to encourage tribal harmony and discourage anything that would charge tribal acrimony, IT'S DANGEROUS TO DOWNPLAY OR BRUSH ASIDE Jammeh's threat as 'distraction from the real issues' or 'falling for his craziness'. That would be falsely attempting to mitigate a real threat that had bloodthirsty tyrants struggling to cling on to their reign and lives at all cost, plunge relatively peaceful nations and people into a bloodbath.

 Yaya does not need any singular tribe or group of tribes to execute his threat of mass murder. He only needs a few Gambians loyal to him and willing to kill and die for him. You think no Gambian would do that? Those who murdered Nov 11, 1994 coup suspects were Gambians. All those who pulled triggers on April 10/11, 2000 were Gambians. Those who murdered Deyda Hydara, the 40 Ghanaians, Daba Marena and co., Solo Sandeng and tortured defenseless women to a near-death ARE ALL GAMBIANS. So please dead that 'No Gambian Will Kill Fellow Gambians for Jammeh'.

And again, I recognize the need to amplify our oneness as Gambians, but in doing so, brushing over Jammeh's threat as distraction could be deadly. And I'm not with that at any cost. We may not be able to stop him but let's NOT dare him. What we must do is be cautious, alert and sound the alarm to keep the world in the know of his intentions. Those who matter. Not just in rants but through diplomatic channels. Yaya is a dangerous being with the power to do anything to Gambians. And thus far, we've not seen any impacting consequences to his abominable actions.

IF JAMMEH CAN ORDER MURDER AND RAPE, WHY IS HIS FAMILY SAFE?

The best among you are not those who do not miss their five daily prayers or frequent churches every week BUT watch innocent, defenseless people get oppressed and murdered and endorse it even tacitly. Jammeh's misappropriation of our state resources, overstay, rudeness are bearable but appointing himself as God's deputy on earth taking lives at will has to stop. The Gambia has been an oppressed nation for the longest, but blatant killing and murder by the oppressor earns no condemnation from a supposedly religious people.

You do not have to be invested in our politics to see the sad, urgent developments that have our country impregnated with explosive potential chaos. We can scream about how religious and tight-knitted we are as a people but we're not God's favorite country or people, and are not any better than the countries that went this path to destruction before us. We earned the right to meet force with force.

JAMMEH SAID:

"I don't see the point. People die in custody or during interrogations, it's really common. This time, there is only one dead and they want investigations?, I will not. No one can tell me what to do in my country."

Yaya did not only confirm Solo Sandeng's death but reiterated his lack of care and concern for Gambian lives especially that 'this time there is only one dead'. Well, when  someone dies in state custody thorough and expeditious investigations are launched to establish cause of death to rule out or ascertain any foul play. This hasn't been the case. No admission of death nor the dead body given to the family for befitting burial. This lack of empathy or remorse is evidence of the level of respect Yaya has for you, me, our families. But we are the enemies of the country we're all born in and have everything we love in? We are the violent ones?

It's no secret that Yaya has no iota of regards for any regional or international bodies because he is confident that they're not going to do anything serious that would affect his presidency. No sanctions or travel band of any kind worries this idiot who is richer and wealthier than his country. This is our fight and it is apparent that before you have any serious international intervention of any sort, things have to get worse or at equal severity with countries like Myanmar, Syria, etc.

Gambia unfortunately but deservedly will have to stand for herself against the barbarity if the state and leadership are the perpetrators of this sadness. We would not love to take lives but we have to kill in defense of self, family and nation. We're getting there. This isn't acceptable and we can't say it can't be helped. Instructing to have an already beaten woman to be raped is sadistic, and whoever has the guts to even think that should be murdered.

The arrest of Solo Sandeng, his brutal torture and subsequent murder; the arrest, torture and sexual assault of the women arrested with him whom from their sworn affidavits left no room for speculation that rape is a standard weapon of torture by our state agents sanctioned by the president; and the arrest of our elderly, frail parents and senior citizens in Ousainou Darboe, Femi Peters, Kemeseng Jammeh, Lamin Dibba among others, and the use of unnecessary excessive force to the point of beating and to bloody them in the process by fatherless security officers born to unfaithful mothers of street prostitutes - are enough for Gambians to fend for themselves. We have to meet force with force, which I'm aware cannot be if we go one-to-one with the state that has all the weapons and machinery at their disposal. However, we can take on the state and still prevail.

Every Gambian has a family or friend in our security outfits. Darboe, Femi, Solo, Nogoi, Fatoumatta Jawara, Daba Marena, Deyda Hydara, Chief Manneh, and all who got killed, torture and detained in the 22 years of Jammeh's brutal regime, have someone in the Army, NIA, Paramilitary and Police. How do you live your lives knowing that your mothers, wives, sisters and daughters were undressed, beaten and asked to be gang raped by your coworkers for Yaya Jammeh? How? So I struggle to understand why are these people watching criminals torture and kill their relatives and do or say nothing about it. It's no secret that those who murdered Gambians and put hands on Darboe, his people and those before them are in your midst. You know who did what and where. You are not able to defend your parents, stop these heartless criminal nor are you able quit your job in protest to name and shame them. You go home, cry alone and go right back to work with them the next day. Your lives are a waste and you will die unhappy and guilty.

Revenge and Avenge! Hurt and Kill Jammeh's agents of terror and oppression in retaliation for what's been unlawful killings of your people. Attack in revenge, those who give such orders and their families. Make them live in similar perpetual fear that has you dread nightfall. If you cannot in a face-to-face combat, use any weapon to kill Yaya, his children and mother, and anybody who stands in your way in defending and protecting your family. You know where Asombie Bojang lives. You know where Muhammed goes to school. Attack and kill them. You do not have to do that for country, but yourself and family. If Yaya thinks he has monopoly over killing, he's right because you let him. On suspicion of target or harassment by Jammeh loyalists you either join in wrecking havoc on your own people to prove loyalty OR threw away your uniforms and run for your lives leaving your families at his mercy. Cowards! That's what you are. For 22 years there's never been any attempt on the lives of any of his family or property in a country where he chooses who lives and dies, while you put your lives on the line for him and family before he turns around and murder you. What do you think your parents and family think of you?

YAYA JAMMEH BLEEDS. HE'S MORTAL. SO 'GET HIM'!

 I've watched President Jammeh rally in Farafenni and the disgust and rudeness was what I'd expected. In fact, the only surprise was that it came a little late. I'd expected him to give a televised address to comment on the current political events, and issue his usual threats.

'They're opportunistic, being used by the west to destabilize the country'.
'I'll kill and bury anybody 9 feet deep'.
'You'll regret why you were born'.
'Nobody will see you for million years'

Yaya certainly is sick, but much of his behavior is rudeness, disrespect of a power-drunken fatherless president. Yaya isn't as stupid or oblivious. He's wearing a front. He's cognizant of the 'powerful', immortal-like evil leaders before him and how they perished in the hands of their citizens. EVERYONE OF HIS KIND GOT BRUTALLY MURDERED moments after they'd growled and groaned, beating their chest about their immortality. He wouldn't be an exception. He knows it that is why he's having his convoy flanked on all sides, by armed soldiers clinged to it like bees on a hive. He's seeking cover, AND USING THESE IDIOTS AS HUMAN SHIELDS. Yaya doesn't want to be killed alone.

Now Yaya planning to not go down alone is expected. What is NOT wise is for any reasonable person to want to be killed with or for Yaya cos he's not going to die for any of you. He's taking the first available exit when he's sure they're coming for him and his defense line is broken. This constant disrespect and daring from a man who sleeps in body armor vest in a fortified housing, are all a mask to present brevity.

Gambia and Gambians made Yaya. We've seen the Almamo Mannehs, the Musa Jammehs, Tumbul Tambas, Bombardes, Solo Bojangs got used and murdered and/discarded. YOU, competing for recognition today are ending the same way. YOU who are crying and unhappy, but scared to death for fear of coming for you tomorrow, are sitting and watching Yaya humiliate and kill your parents, family and friends. Do something before the Dracula comes for you. #KILL #YAYA. It is legitimate cos it will be in defense of self, family and nation. KILL HIM and anybody standing up for him at the expense of the country. He's human, and he bleeds. That is what is going to save you and your country. His life isn't any precious than those he killed and those he's threatening to kill.
